Geoengineering

Contrails or chemtrails — we see them in many areas, but not everywhere.  We know that cloud seeding has been performed routinely since the 1950s. We know that weather modification has been explored by the US military since the 1940s.

But there is very little information in the open literature that can explain those chemtrails.  Nor is it currently possible to be certain whether droughts, floods, fires, earthquakes or other phenomena are natural or deliberately caused, perhaps the result of technologies that are highly classified.

States are passing and considering bills that would interfere with overflights that cause chemtrails, and Secretary Kennedy promised he would stop the chemtrails when he was running for President. Yet they persist.

Given the high level of public interest in this issue, Congress required the White House to issue a report on geoengineering research.  The assumptions implicit in the report are that methods of geoengineering are intended to reduce global warming.  And that geoengineering remains in the ‘research’ phase, rather than in the deployment phase.

However, there are lots of important questions that need to be answered about global warming:

• Is the planet truly in a warming phase, or might it be getting cooler?
• To what extent, if any, does human activity affect global warming?
• If there is warming, where is the evidence that it poses an existential threat to life on the planet? Or a threat to anything?
• Is global warming a false narrative intended to force humans to make major changes in their lives, changes that could not be accomplished otherwise? 
• Is CO2 really a problem, or does more of it improve plant growth?

Here are 3 challenges to the claim that we are undergoing unprecedented global warming:

According to The Guardian of August 20, 2025, there has been no decline in Arctic sea ice for 20 years, despite global warming, says the article. 

That makes no sense.  If there is warming, it should reduce ice.  Maybe the warming only happened in part of the planet, like the Antarctic?

Reuters got into a lather because Antarctic sea ice was considerably larger (by 17%) on December 24, 2024 than it was exactly 45 years earlier, according to the University of Colorado Boulder’s National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC).  Apparently, according to Reuters, this has no implications for questioning global warming.

Science magazine and the Washington Post reported that the earth is actually in a longterm cold spell, when you look back for hundreds of millions of years. 

So, if there is no clear proof of existential global warming, what is going on?  We don’t need to worry about cow burps, CO2, carbon credits.  But additionally, if the powers that be are not actually worried about climate change, why are geoengineering efforts being deployed?

Might geoengineering have a different purpose altogether?  We have not been told about what that might be.

In 2023 the White House issued the report Congress had asked for.  And while all geoengineering in the report is referred to as “research”–almost as if it is not actually transpiring–there is still useful information to be gleaned.  Here are some screen shots from the report with lots of clues.

What do we now know? 

A lot of work in this area is ongoing, coordinated by at least 3 federal agencies in addition to the Department of Defense.

Adverse outcomes may occur, but they are not clear, especially over the long term.  Many methods for affecting the climate exist.  Ethical considerations are being overlooked.

Are farmers already dealing with classified government weather modification programs that may be picking who gets sun, who gets rain, who gets drought, and who gets floods?  It is at least possible.

Are farmers and the rest of us also dealing with the release of toxic substances in the atmosphere, including high levels of heavy metals that have been measured in some regions, which rain down on our fields and may cause unknown health and soil fertility challenges?

It is way past time our government informed us about what it is doing.
