3. States & cities purchasing contracts. (Check your local records—like Santa Barbara County’s published cloud seeding).

4. Clandestine federal operations. This is the most troubling.

Here’s the breaking point: Even if your state moves to ban atmospheric aerosol injection (as over 25 are now considering), federal subcontractors can still operate above you with zero disclosure.

The central question is no longer if it’s happening, but how do we expose it? How do we force these contractors to reveal what they are spraying into our skies?

The public has a right to know. The debate must be brought into the light.
